Absolutely good food .. awesome fast food joint ... ordered vada pav today and amazinggggg taste .. also ordered samosa. It was ok. Was a little oily. Overall I have had other fast food items and tastes so good..
Parking is a big headache here ... otherwise it's an awesome experience ... -

The pav bhaji was spicy and tasted exactly how my mom makes it at home. The only thing that was missing Amit butter, which would take the dish to another level. I received mini hoagie rolls instead of the traditional Bombay pav that made it unusual. The chole bhature was very tasty. The curry had a perfect mix of spices and chole (chickpeas) ratio. The bhature were enormous and fried to perfection; not too oily. Overall, this restaurant is more suitable for a lunch date or quick take out.

We have been a loyal Dimples Customer for many years now. We were there on Saturday and I am curious if the place is under a new ownership. We ordered a Bombay chaat and the waiter delivered it to another table and we got our chaat after we were done with lunch and it wasn't even good. The chole bhature which is usually excellent wasn't good. The dough didn't have enough salt and chole didn't look the same. The vegetable grilled sandwich looked
Just as sloppy. We are definitely not going back again but I wanted to leave my review for the terrible food and service I received. The place was like a zoo, dirty and way too cramped for the size. -

This is basically fast food Indian version. My wife loves this place. Have been com there for over 15 years. Still the same after all these years. I would suggest staying away from ordering Dosa here. Everything is fine. It's not fine dining but your also not paying through the nose. Just good old Indian comfort food.

With it's vast selection of South Indian street foods and fun fusion items, Bombay Talk is an essential stop on every trip to Edison. Although "Tokri Chat" is an absolute must, read on for some items that might go unnoticed but are worth trying.
Get the "Gobi Manchurian". You might roll your eyes at cauliflower, but after eating it like this you'll never smack talk vegetables again. Battered and fried, each piece is tender to bite into but still retains some cauliflower crunch. The sauce is incredible. Tangy, spicy, and full of onions and peppers. I'd recommend getting it with some dosa to wrap in, slightly blunting the flavor and making it more enjoyable.
The "Masala Mysore Garlic Dosa" was delicious too, but the spread of masala was a little uneven. Heavy in some places, not apparent elsewhere. I thought with the sides it comes with, the extra masala was unnecessary. I'll just stick to my plain dosas, but it's worth trying once! The size of the dosa is so impressive, and it's light and crunchy throughout.
